Daniel Seabron Tyler

Daniel Seabron Tyler, 72, one of the most charming and interesting men in the world, passed away on Monday, June 30th, 2014, at his home in Hampton, Georgia. "Danny" as he was fondly called by all those who loved him was born in Quitman, Georgia on December 28, 1941 to the late Daniel Columbus Tyler of Hahira and the late Anna Mae (Hiers) Tyler of Quitman. He was the grandson of Gordon and Minnie Tyler (Hahira) and Hunter and Ada Hiers (Quitman). He was preceded in death by his long-time partner and spouse, John Dwight Baldwin, III, 83, of Hampton, Georgia.
The Celebration of Life Service will be Sunday, July 13, 2014 @ 3:00PM in the McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens, Mausoleum Chapel, 3945 N. Valdosta Road, Valdosta, GA 31602, 229-244-1701. Inurnment for Daniel and John will follow in the Mausoleum.
Immediately following the service, please join family and friends at the Smokin Pig in Valdosta for a Celebration Dinner in Honor and Memory of our beloved Danny and John, hosted by Mo and Tina Coria.
Daniel's personal items were donated to Community Bible Church of Stockbridge, GA's "Know Your Heart Men's Ministry" a Celebrate Recovery outreach team assisting formerly incarcerated men in transitioning through the Love of Jesus Christ into meaningful and productive lives.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you please make a donation to your favorite church or charity, Freedom to Marry, The Human Rights Campaign Fund, or the American Cancer Society.
