Daniel Keith Godfrey

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Daniel Keith Godfrey, 70, longtime resident of Wakulla County, Florida. Born on December 30, 1953, in Greenwood, South Carolina, the son of Haskell C. Godfrey, Sr., and Ada Lila Godfrey, Daniel was a man of deep faith, boundless love for his family, and an adventurous spirit.

 Daniel was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Christie Lynn; his parents, Haskell Sr. and Ada Lila; his sister, Judy; and his brother, Haskell Jr.

 He is survived by his loving children, Jordan (Jennifer) and Jessica, his grandson, Sean, as well as his remaining siblings and their families, who will forever cherish his memory.

 Having lived in Wakulla County for over 30 years, Daniel was an avid fisherman and motorcycle enthusiast who found joy on the water and open road. Above all, he loved God and found peace in his unwavering faith, which guided him throughout his life.

 Graveside services for Daniel will be held at 2pm on Monday, December 30th 2024 at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens.
