Dallas Barry Brown, 88, of Hahira died Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Langdale Hospice House. He was born in Freeport, Florida on November 1, 1932 to the late Barry Ash and Pearl Infinger Brown and had lived in Hahira for many years. Mr. Brown attended Wings of Faith Worship Center in Alma, Georgia and had worked with Parker Farms in Hahira. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and being outdoors.
Survivors include his wife, Jackie Russ Brown of Hahira; his son and daughter-in-law, Darrell Carlton Brown and Belinda Brown; daughter and son-in-law, Donna Beatrice and Tommy Taylor all of Alma; his son, Marty Brown of Hahira; 10-grandchildren, 21-great grandchildren, 8-great great grandchildren; his brother and sister-in-law, D.J. and Eva Brown of Winter Springs, FL; his half-sister, Myrtle Qualls of St. Louis, MO. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Pearley Mae Stephenson.
Funeral services will be held at 11am, Wednesday, July 28, 2021 in the chapel of the Martin/McLane Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Hutcheson officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery.
