Curt Anthoney Brooks

Curt Anthoney Brooks, 47, of Valdosta, died on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at his residence following a lengthy illness. He was born on November 14, 1974, in Hahira and has been a life-long resident of Valdosta. He loved to fish and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.
He is survived by his son, Denver Brooks of Valdosta; his mother, Martha Brooks; his brother and sister-in-law, Vincent and Angie Brooks; his sister, Charlotte Apperson, and his brother, Charles Brooks all of Valdosta; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Alton Brooks, and his grandparents, Claude and Betty Luke and Alfred and Wilma Brooks
Services for Curt Brooks will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2022, in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Rev. Stanley Luke officiating. The burial will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
