Clarence Francis Pilon, Jr. 76, of Valdosta, died Wednesday, November 11, 2005. Born in Tupper Lake New York, on October 1, 1929, he was the son of the late Clarence F., Sr., and Mary Florence Pilon. Mr. Pilon retired from the U.S. Air Force and the Valdosta Fire Department. He was a Baptist and a former Mason.
Survivors are his wife, Betty Sue Pilon of Valdosta; two daughters and one son in law, Diane and Mace Brown of Kissimmee Fl, Penny Garcia of Temple Terrace, FL; one son, Mike Pilon of Kissimmee, FL; two step daughters, Danita Downey of Seminole, FL, Pam Temples of Valdosta; nine Grandchildren; two brothers, Raymond Pilon of Hamburg, NY, Robert Pilon of Dade City, FL; a very special and dear friend, Emmett Cook of Valdosta; five sisters in law; four brothers in law, numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Pilon was preceded in death by a son, Terry Pilon and a sister, Dorothy Dennis.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2005, in the Carson McLane Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Bob Willis will officiate.
