Claire Elizabeth Holland

Claire Elizabeth Holland, 33, passed away unexpectedly on February 2, 2024. A resident of Gwinnett County, Claire spent her growing-up years in Valdosta. Her parents are Michael & Phyllis Holland. She attended Valwood School, Valdosta Middle and Valdosta High School and then graduated from Eckerd Academy in Suches, GA. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church and participated in Happening.

Claire is survived by her parents; her brothers, Joseph “Griff” Holland and his wife, Alivia; David Holland and his fiancé, Holly Rogers; her aunt, Linda Camp and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, J.S. & Martha Holland and Lee & Geneva Griffitts, and her cousin, Craig Camp.

A memorial service for Claire will be held at 2 pm on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Christ Episcopal Church. Father Hal Weidman will officiate. Interment will follow in the Christ Episcopal burial garden. A reception in the church Parish Hall will follow the interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Christ Episcopal Church, 1501 N. Patterson St., Valdosta, GA 31602, or your preferred charity.
