Christopher Scott Williams

Christopher Scott (Chris) Williams, 33, of Jennings, FL died Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at UF Health Shand's Hospital in Gainesville, FL. He was born on October 15, 1980 in Corinth, MS. Chris was a self employed computer technician. He was a deputy with the Okaloosa County, FL sheriff's department for five years.

Chris is survived by his children, Brittney, Rebecca, Bailey, Taylor, Lillie, Alex and Preston Williams, his mother, Tammy Daffin of Lake Park, his brother, Sidney Randy Williams (Scott Zipperer) of Valdosta, his sister, Cyndi Williams of Lake Park, his grandmother, Ernestine Kirkland of Lake Park, his aunts, Debbie Childs of Clyattville and Diane Demaranville (John) of Hahira, his fiance', Shelby Morris of Jennings, special friends and cousins, Mike, Matt, Crystal, Stacey, Andy, Tony, Justin, Sadie and Brandi. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Kirkland and his uncle, Raymond Childs, Sr.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013 at four p. m. at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home in Lake Park with Pastor Joseph Gipson and Michael Demaranville officiating. Pallbearers will be Michael Demaranville, Tony Childs, Randy Williams, Danny Burnash, Andy Childs and Brett Sawyer. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the family.
