Christopher Ruff

Christopher Ruff, 54, of Lake Park, died on Monday, November 23, 2020 at his residence following a lengthy illness. He was born in Valdosta on March 30, 1966 to the late William David and Sheila Patricia Sexton Ruff. Chris was a graduate of Valdosta High and attended Valdosta State where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He worked as plant manager for N.L. Bassford Packaging Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy Ruff of Lake Park; his daughter, Darrian Ruff of Lake Park; a son-in-law, William Corbitt III of Lake Park; a grandson, Drake Corbitt of Lake Park; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Melinda Ruff of Valdosta; nieces, Regan Ruff of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Maggie Ruff of Valdosta; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Desmond and Esther Scott of Jasper, Florida; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sherry and Earl Vickery, Phillip Terry and Steven Terry, Lonnie Carter and Mike Carter all of Valdosta; aunt and uncle, Lola and Richard Blalock of Adairsville, Georgia; aunt, Julia Anderson of Cuming, Georgia, and a nephew, Dustin Adams.
