Charles Edward Godair

Charles Edward (Chuck) Godair, 57, of Valdosta, died on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. He was born on September 24, 1964, in Lakeland, Georgia and had worked in recent years as a security guard. He was a graduate of Lowndes County High School. Chuck enjoyed going fishing and was an avid football fan. He especially loved listening to classic 70’s and 80’s Rock and Roll.
He is survived by his father, Gerald Godair of Valdosta; his brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Lauri Godair of Crestview, Florida; his sister and brother-in-law, Michelle and Ronald Warren of Valdosta, and his nephew, Matthew Warren of Valdosta. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Emily Pinkston Godair.
Services for Charles Edward Godair will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home. The burial will follow in the Sunset Hill Cemetery.
