Carolyn J. Blanchard

Carolyn J. Blanchard, 65, of Valdosta died Monday, December 6, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Valdosta on October 10, 1945 to the late Roy and Eldora Padgette Sauls. Mrs. Blanchard was a homemaker and a member of Bemiss Road Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Blanchard of Valdosta, one son, Carroll Blanchard of Valdosta, one daughter and son in law, Becky and Tim Brown of Valdosta, three grandchildren, Eric Brown, Shelby Reagan (Steven) and Ashton Brown, two brothers and one sister in law, Randall and Molly Sauls of Valdosta, Larry Sauls of Valdosta, one sister and brother in law, Linda and Donnie Carpenter of Lake Park.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 9, 2010 at two p. m. in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Reverend Danny Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
