Carol Tillman Brotherton

Carol Tillman Brotherton passed away November 15, 2019 at Langdale Hospice House. She was born June 9, 1958, married her husband Don Brotherton in 1978, and celebrated a happy marriage, a loving farm home full of animals, and a zest for outdoor activities from beaches to mountains.
Carol was a life-long member of the First Presbyterian Church of Valdosta, Georgia, where she enjoyed being a greeter, and helping at the Presbyterian Center VSU where she served student meals.
She is preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Betty Tillman of Valdosta, GA. She will be greatly missed by her friends, her three sisters and their families:
Cathy and David Ladner of Cumming, GA;
Marianne and Jimmy DeVane of Mandeville, LA; and
Judy Long of Atlanta, GA.
Her memorial service will be held Saturday, November 23, 2019, 11:30 am at the First Presbyterian Church, 313 N. Patterson Street. A meal will be served following the service in the Fellowship Hall.
