Bruce D. Mcguire

Bruce D. McGuire, 50, of Valdosta died on Monday, March 26, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center following a lengthy illness. He was born on October 8, 1961 to the late Walt McGuire and Barbara Ann Sullivan and has been a resident of this area all his life. He worked in retail sales having worked with Farmers Furniture, Gibson McDonald, and Heilig Meyers. He served in the Army National Guard and was of the Church of God faith.

Survivors include a daughter, Cristine McGuire of Valdosta; a son, Ben McGuire of Statenville; his mother, Barbara Sullivan of Clyattville; a brother, Chuck Smith also of Clyattville; niece, Amber Smith of Jacksonville, Florida and his ex-wife, Pamela Vickery of Valdosta.
