Brannen Paulette Sineath passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 25, 2020. Born in Valdosta on September 2, 1982 she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Brooks Sineath. Brannen was a member of First United Methodist Church where she enjoyed many mission trips with her father and brother. She graduated from Valwood School where she played sports and was a cheerleader. After high school, Brannen attended Valdosta State University and was a cum laude honor graduate of Park University. She was pursuing her master’s degree in Psychology while working at ELead1One as a Customer Service Representative where her natural gift of people skills flourished.
Brannen’s love for God carried her throughout her life. She had a kind and trusting heart with a level of forgiveness that was unsurpassed. She entertained family and friends with her sense of humor, infectious smile and laughter. Her deep love and loyalty to her family were her strength. She loved to ride horses with her dad, Jim, at Tinnersbrook. Brannen had an overwhelming love for animals, especially dogs. Her sweet gentle spirit will be missed by all.
Brannen was preceded in death by her father, Jim Sineath, her maternal grandparents, Judson and Paulette Field, her paternal grandparents, John and Anne Sineath, and her cousin, Victoria Newsome.
She is survived by her mother, Monique Sineath; her brother, John Sineath and his wife, Abby; her beloved nieces and nephew, Cullen, Lilah and Turner; aunts and uncles, Bill and Lucille Sineath, Jack and Anne Sineath of Atlanta, Martiele and Michael Schroder of Atlanta, Dan Field of Jacksonville, FL., and Pat Field of Jacksonville, FL.; cousins, Margaret Anne and Lee Newsome, Martiele Sineath of Atlanta, Susan and Doug Callahan of Atlanta, Tricia and Jim Thornton of Nashville, Hill Schroder of Atlanta, Elizabeth Schroder of Durham, NC., Jennifer Field of Jacksonville, FL., Troy and Diana Field of Meridian, MS., Chad and Jeanna Field, Donna Mayo of Jacksonville, FL., and many other cousins.
Graveside services for Brannen will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Hill Cemetery. Reverend Whit Byram and Dr. Bob Moon will officiate. The family will receive friends at the Carson McLane Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to BARC P.O. Box 574 Valdosta GA 31603 or to the Humane Society Valdosta/Lowndes County 1740 W. Gordon St., Valdosta GA 31602 or to First United Methodist Church Youth Fund, 109 W. Valley St. Valdosta GA 31601.
