Bradley Alexander Hodge

March 26, 1951 — March 12, 2008

Bradley Alexander Hodge, 56, of Hahira died Wednesday, March 12, 2008. He was born in Warren, Ohio on March 26, 1951 and had lived in this area most of his life. Mr. Hodge was a Lutheran and a veteran of the United States Army serving as a Green Beret in Vietnam. He was a steel building erector and an avid reader. Mr. Hodge loved and cared for his family and was a big Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldog fan.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Major Hobert Hodge, USAF(ret.) and Verna Hodge of Hahira, his son, Seth Hodge of Valdosta, four sisters and two brothers in law, Lynn and Ken Eldridge of Temple, TX., Ruth Coester of Hahira, Joyce and Gerry Lemke of Ft. Atkinson, WI. and Cindy Hodge of Windermere, Fla., one brother, Arthur Hodge of Hahira and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Hodge.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, March 16 2008 at the home of Major Hobert USAF (ret.) and Verna Hodge, 5671 Snake Nation Road, Hahira, GA 31632. Memorials may be made to the Messiah Lutheran Church, 500 Baytree Road, Valdosta, GA 31602. Carson McLane Funeral Home.
