Blanche Sepulveda

Blanche Sepulveda, 81, of Valdosta died Sunday, August 31, 2008 at the Langdale Hospice House. She was born in Tifton on September 3, 1926 to the late Robert and Blanche Hamen Myers and had lived in Valdosta for many years. Mrs. Sepulveda taught school at West Gordon Elementary for thirty years and attended Northside Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter and son in law, Sharon and Bill Kelly of Blackshear, son and daughter in law, Robert and Donna Sepulveda of Valdosta, grandson, Ashe Kellly of Blackshear, granddaughter, Hanna Rose Leiva of Valdosta, two great grandsons, Gabriel Leiva of Valdosta and Aidan Lee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sgt. Major Lawrence K. (Rusty) Sepulveda, U.S. Marine Corp, who was killed in action in Vietnam in 1968.

Memorial services will be held at 4pm, Thursday, September 4, 2008 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Willis officiating.
