Betty Lorraine Griffin

BETTY L. GRIFFIN, 68, of Morven died Friday, May 25, 2007 at the Triad Nursing Home in Lumber City. She was born in 1938 in Tilsonburg, Ontario Canada to the late George, Sr. and Gladys Gould and had lived in Brooks County for many years. Mrs. Griffin was a member of the Morven Church of God.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Yount of Morven, son and daughter in law, Robbie and Betty Sue Griffin of Morven, a grandson, Brandon Griffin of Morven, two brothers, Frank Gould and Ronald Gould, three sisters, Phyllis Balisak, Viola Wheaton and Deloris Hayes all of London Ontario Canada and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Griffin and a granddaughter, Amanda Griffin.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Monday, May 28, 2007 at the Bethel Primitive Baptist Church in Brooks County with Pastor Levy Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Cemetery.
