April S. Kelly

April S. Kelly, 36 of Daytona Beach and formerly of Valdosta, died suddenly, on Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at her residence. Born on March 23, 1970 in Valdosta, she was one of four precious daughters of Doyle and Gloria Cowart Kelly. April was a staff assistant for Black Crow Media. She was a graduate of Lowndes High School and of the Baptist faith. April was dearly loved by her family and will be greatly missed.

Other survivors are her sisters and brothers-in-law, Leslie and Kirk Scott of Nashville, TN, Crystal and Chris Cox of Nashville, TN, Misty and Mike Linn of Daytona Beach; two nieces and five nephews; and maternal grandmother, Oveda Cowart of Valdosta. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, J. B. Cowart and her paternal grandparents, W. Miller and Blanche Zipperer Kelly.

Funeral services for April S. Kelly will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2006 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Reverend Bob Willis officiating. Burial will follow at Benevolence Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
