April Dawn Utter

April Dawn Utter, 38, of Valdosta died Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in Sylacauga, Alabama on December 31, 1970 to the late William David and Rebecca Ann Higgins Morris and had lived in Valdosta for many years. Mrs. Utter enjoyed the being at the beach and with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Duane Utter of Valdosta, one son, William Andrew Coleman of Valdosta, two daughters, Essence Starr Hopkins of Alabama and Rebekah Kay Coleman of Valdosta, her grandchildren, Monica Ann Coleman and Xavier Brabson, two brothers and a sister in law, Michael David Morris of Valdosta, Joshua Dale and Claudia Morris of New York.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Saturday, March 28, 2009 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Willis officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
