Annette Ray Fowler

Annette Ray Fowler, 77, of Lake Park died Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Crestwood Nursing Home. She was born on October 19, 1940 in Thomaston, Georgia to the late John and Polly Smith Ray. She lived in Lake Park for many years and worked as a para-professional for Lake Park Elementary School. Annette was a member of Lake Park Baptist Church for almost 50 years.
Survivors include her children and their spouses, John David Fowler, Joseph Glen Fowler both of Lake Park; Jody Lee Fowler and Louise W. Fowler of Valdosta; her grandsons, John Alexander Fowler of Lake Park; Jon E. Fowler of Valdosta; and her granddaughter, Ruby L. Fowler of Valdosta. She is preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie E. Fowler and her son, James Alan Fowler.
Graveside services will be held at 11am, Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Copeland Cemetery with Brother Robert Dawson officiating.
