Ann Marie Weldon Graves

Ann Marie Weldon Graves, 72, of Leesburg, GA died on Friday, March 30, 2018 at Wynfield Park Nursing Home in Albany, GA. Ann was born on August 18, 1945 in Hahira to the late Grover and Katherine Landers Weldon. She was the wife of Gary Thomas Graves, Sr. of Leesburg, and they were blessed with three children, Gary Thomas Graves, Jr., Glen Graves and Greg Graves. Ann was a homemaker for 24 years and worked at J.C. Penney in Albany for 11 years, retiring as a Training Supervisor in 2001.
In addition to her husband and children, she is survived by five brothers, George Weldon of Senoia, GA, Calvin Weldon, Tommy Weldon both of Hahira, Allen Weldon of Adel and Doug Weldon of Hahira; a daughter-in-law, Jackie Graves (Greg) of Lakeland, FL; a son-in-law, Kevin Pendergraft (Gary, Jr.) of Fullerton, CA; grandchildren, Khaki Graves of Warner Robins, GA, Caitlyn Graves, Colby Graves, Carson Graves all of Lakeland, FL, Gavin Graves of Leesburg, GA; a great grandchild, Amirah Graves of Warner Robins, GA; a brother-in-law, Chris Bradford of Nashville, GA; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. She is preceded in death by a brother, Jerome (Sonny) Weldon; a sister, Carolyn Taylor; a nephew, Scotty Weldon. Ann was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church in Albany, GA, attending regularly until her health began to decline.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Tuesday April 3, 2018 in the chapel of Martin/McLane Funeral Home with burial to follow in Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-3 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Albany ACTO, 314 N.
