Ann Crosby-Trice, 67, of Lake Park died Wednesday, April 27, 2011. She was born in Hamilton County, FL on May 27, 1943 to the late Dan Sheffield Crosby and Bertha Mae Richardson Crosby. Mrs. Crosby-Trice was a retired manager at Claire's Boutique and attended Antioch Church.
She is survived by three daughters and two sons in law, Tyen and George Zayas of Lake Park, Gidget Johns of Key West, FL, Pilar and Kyle Hansley of Blackshear, GA, one son and daughter in law, Max and Ginger Johns of Lake Park, five grandchildren, Arabi Luke, Kali Hansley, Calan Zayas, Aubry Hansley and Caidyn Zayas, her sisters and brother in law, Mary Crosby of Lake Park and Danyette and Steve Deacon of Valdosta, three brothers and sisters in law, Wilson and Donna Crosby, Bo and Aline Crosby and Walter John and Peggy Crosby, all of Lake Park, several nieces and nephews and life long friends, Lonnie and Nell Collier and Granny Ruby Lightsey. Mrs. Crosby-Trice is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Calvin Trice, two sisters, Kathy Crosby and Fay Sali and one brother, Joe Crosby.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 1, 2011 at three p. m. at Antioch Church with Reverend Mickey Corbett and Mr. Zack Corbett officiating. Dimple Carter will be delivering the eulogy. She will be placed in the church at two p. m. Burial will follow in Wright's Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from five until seven p. m. Saturday at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home in Lake Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family or to Langdale Hospice House, P. O. Box 1727, Valdosta, GA 31603-1727.
