Angelina Lane

Angelina Lane, 54, of Valdosta died on Monday, August 11, 2014 at South Georgia Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was born on November 28, 1959 and has been a resident of Valdosta her whole life. She was a member of Francis Lake Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Lane Linahan of Savannah; her mother, Susie B. Lane; her sister, Tsianina Lane; her brother, Robert Lane all of Valdosta; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ben and Dana Lane of Linden, Alabama, and Charles and Glynda Lane of Valdosta; a special cousin, Jimmy Sale and his wife Kathy of Madison, Florida; several nieces and nephews. Angelina was preceded in death by her father, Russell Owen Lane, Jr.

Services for Angelina Lane will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Rev. Eldridge Lyons officiating. The interment will follow in the Lake Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Angelina may be made to Francis Lake Baptist Church 5111 Springwater Drive, Lake Park, GA. 31636.
