Alma Tomlinson Worth

Alma R. Tomlinson Worth, 77, of Winter Park, Florida passed away on Monday, May 16, 2011 at her home in Winter Park. She was born on October 23, 1933 in Hahira to the late Hobson and Louise Courson Tomlinson. Mrs. Worth graduated from Valdosta High School and was a member of the Aloma Baptist Church in Winter Park, Florida.

In 1951 she married Frank Reilly and became an Air Force wife. She traveled extensively through the United States and finally settled in Florida in the late sixties. Mrs. Worth became a real estate appraiser and was one of the first certified residential appraisers in the state of Florida. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed painting and spending time with her loved ones.

Mrs. Worth is survived by her five children and their spouses, Debra Munn and Mick Henry of Brighton, England, Terry and Joy Reilly of Winter Park, Fla., Bruce and Beth Reilly of Palm Bay, Fla., Shaula Reilly Mascaro of Acworth, GA., Joe and Jan Reilly of Winter Park, Fla., ten grandchildren and their spouses, Chad and Paige Talbott of Northbridge, Massachusetts, Wendy and Patrick McGuire of Orlando, Fla., Christin Talbott of Orlando, Fla., Shaun, David and Sam Reilly of Palm Bay, Fla., Cassidy, Lindsey and Jonathan Mascaro of Acworth, GA. and Seva Reilly of Winter Park, Fla., five great grandchildren, Bailey and Elise Talbott of Northbridge, Massachusetts and Matthew, Connor and Kylie McGuire of Orlando, Fla., her sister and brother in law, Betty and Clinton Powell of Valdosta. Mrs. Worth is preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Tomlinson and a sister, Wilma Blackmon of Hahira.

Funeral services will be held at 11am, Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the Friendship Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Bob Dickerson and Elder Thad Marshall officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6-8pm at the Martin/McLane Funeral Home in Hahira.
