Allan Blake Lewis, 50, of Lake Park passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015 at the Langdale Hospice House following an extended illness. He was born June 20, 1965 to Carrol Bradley Lewis and the late Lester Gene Lewis. Allan was an avid fisherman that also enjoyed his Harley Davidson Motorcycle in his spare time. He was a loving husband, father, Pop Pop, and son. Allan was also a jokester whose smile, laughter, and sense of humor will be missed by his family and large group of friends.
Allan is survived by his wife of 18 years, Kim Lewis of Lake Park; two daughters and one son-in-law, Heather Davis of Lake Park, Brooke and Tyler Sanchez of Dasher; two grandchildren, Caroline Sanchez of Dasher, Presli Davis of Lake Park; his mother, Carrol Lewis of Brooks County; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Mike Lewis of Ray City, Kenny Lewis of Brooks County, Teressa Lewis of Valdosta; an aunt and uncle, Louise and Bobby Corns of Brooks County; an aunt, Marilyn Denmark of Toombs County; special cousins, Tina and Tonya of Lowndes County; several nieces and nephews and a large extended family. Allan was preceded in death by his father, Lester Gene Lewis.
A celebration of life will be held for Allan Blake Lewis at 4 p.m. on Monday, November 16, 2015 at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home in Lake Park.
