ALICE SUE HOSMAN, 58, of Valdosta died Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on April 28, 1948 in Hancock County, Ohio to the late Oscar Paul and Carrie Loretta Sparks Crisp and had lived in Valdosta since 1983. Mrs. Hosman had worked as a nurses aide at Memorial Hospital in Adel and was a member of the Azalea City Church of God. She enjoyed being involved with her work at church and being with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Philip C. Hosman of Valdosta, three daughters and sons in law, Deborah and Greg Matthews of Russells Point, Ohio, Melinda and Johnny Hutto of Valdosta and Sandra and Steve Turner of Adel, seven grandchildren, Jason Leeth, Kari Leeth, Destiny Leeth, Heather Hutto, John Hutto, Jr., Lisa Turner and Leigh Turner, four great grandchildren, two brothers and sisters in law, Duane and Sally Crisp of Canton, Ohio and David and Nancy Crisp of Fostoria, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm, Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the Azalea City Church of God with Pastor Brett Jarriell and Rev. Raymond Gabbard officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1-3pm at the church.
