Alfred Jackson King

Alfred Jackson King, 54, of Valdosta, died Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on July 14, 1955 in Valdosta to the late Alfred Jackson King and Oralee Everett King. Mr. King worked in the construction business and attended New Season Church of God.

He is survived by one son, Matthew Jackson King (Dixie Trotter) of Panama City, FL, one daughter, Christina Michelle (Shelly) King of Valdosta, one grandson, Adrian Jackson King, one brother, William Hutto (Jean) of Valdosta, his niece, Brenda Mulkey of Valdosta, his aunt, Margie Griffin of Valdosta, stepchildren, Bobby Lee (Kisha) of Valdosta, Chas Lee (Heather) of Valdosta, special friends, Raymond and Barbara Lee of Valdosta and Peanut McLeod of Valdosta.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 23, 2010 at two p. m. at the Church of God of Prophecy on Clay Road with Reverend Jerry Davis officiating.
