Cherol Dianne Smith

Cherol Dianne Smith, 69, of Lake Park died Friday, August 1, 2014 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in Tampa, FL on November 14, 1944 to the late Samuel Bruce Carroll and Hilda Damon Carroll.

She is survived by her children, Neil Smith of Lake Park, Tammy Young (Ronnie) and Tracey Kelley (Tommy Taylor) all of Valdosta, Earl Smith of Jacksonville, FL, six grandchildren, Stacy Young, Ronnie Young, Jr., Kasey Young, Randall Kelley, Jr., Candi Kelley and Ceilia Thomas (Matthew), two great grandchildren, Ally and Anna Hockensmith, one brother, Bruce Carroll of Tampa, FL and one sister, Cathy Dail of Valdosta.
